Return/exchange policy

All sales are final since flowers and plants are perishable and Red Bud Florals cannot be responsible to the conditions after delivery/sale of items on the site.

We work really hard to make sure that the flowers and/or plants we deliver and are purchased at the shop are the freshest and of the highest quality.

However, there are many conditions out of our control, such as temperate and watering practices, that determine the longevity of flowers and plants.

However, we will do our best to support our customers and will make things right to the best of our ability.

We do not offer exchanges or returns due to the nature of the product we provide.
